Help! (CLJ Series)
This CLJ series was the last set of Beatles releases on vinyl that were pressed in Canada (future releases were imported -- see the "Apple 2.0 section)". These were pressed in 1987 on the retro rainbow label, pressed by Columbia and would have been available up until August 1988.

Cassette Tapes (1987-1995)
The CLJ series marked the standarization of the Beatles catalogue wordlwide (aligning to the UK releases with Past Masters covering the singles). This series of UK format releases were featured on a gold J-card card between 1987 up to the early 2000s in some cases, while other albums from the catalogue were still being reissued on the regular Color J-card cards, having often (confusing) overlapping releases to choose from -- for example the US and UK Rubber Soul formats offered simultaneously on cassette, while the CD releases retained only the "new standardized catalogue" from the beginning.

Compact Discs (April 1990-2014)
Canada started pressing Beatles compact discs in April 1990, as the "official" Beatles catalogue was being standardized through the CLJ and CD series. Early copies were pressed by Disque Americ, while later copies were pressed by Cinram and EMI, before turning to imports since 2014. Keep in mind that throughout these pressing periods, CDs were also sporadically imported from the US and the EU to meet demand.
