Beatles Wooden "Bread Box" Sets
(CLJ Series)

In 1988, Capitol issued the "bread box" sets in LP, Cassette and CD formats. Each set featured the new CLJ series of the new standardised catalogue, tucked away in a black bread box style wooden enclosure, containing an information booklet. The box was issued in many countries, but thet Canadian sets featured the Canadian issues of the CLJ series.
**Note that some Canadian sets were also found with imported pressings instead.
