This is a USA pressed promo record, but although it was never pressed in Canada, copies were sent with a "NOT AVAILABLE IN CANADA" stamp on the back cover. One of these unavailable albums was "Meet The Beatles" because it had not released in Canada before 1967 (see entry 19).
