45.72146.13.1 | Retro Rainbow
Columbia #1 (1983)
This variation features a label very similar to the previous Capitol pressing (similar text layout, but this variation was pressed by Columbia from a Capitol lacquer cut, and therefore has no bumpy ridge. This variation is also recognizable by its added "B" prefix.

Availability
This variation is also hard to find today since it was pressed in small quantities for a short period of time (mid-late 1983), and it is likely that only one run of this variation was made. It is more common than the Capitol pressing (45.72146.12.1), but still remains a scarce record.
General Information
This pressing seems to be a transition reissue (a "Capitol disc pressed by Columbia) before Columbia repressed most of the catalogue in 1984-1987. No other title has been seen in this "transition variation".

Pressing Information
45.72146.13.1 (Columbia pressing) was a STEREO release and these were made from a new lacquer that was seemingly cut by Capitol (most likely RCA Toronto). Although the label does not state a stereo release, and although the matrix numbers remain similar to previous mono pressings, the mix found on this pressing is nonetheless a true stereo mix.

Packaging
These second generation retro rainbow pressings were most likely sold in the generic Capitol mylar sleeve.
