Beatlemania!
With The Beatles
This album was a unique Canadian release
LP.6051.7.2 | Orange 2nd generation (RCA) ® logo
Variation LP.6051.7.2 is recognized by its black perimeter print on the label (instead of gold), a slight change in perimeter text ("Capitol-EMI") and its Dynaflex characteristics. The difference with LP.6051.7.1 is that these later 2nd generation pressings feature the ® logo by the large golden Capitol logo, that was introduced in January 1975.

Availability
This variation was available in 1975 only (for less than a year) when newer Dynaflex pressings were made (see LP.6051.7.3 and LP.6051.7.4).
General Information
Second generation orange labels can be identified by the BLACK perimeter print around the label that is much easier to read than the previous gold text. This pressing was made in small quantities when demand required a new run of pressings to restock the warehouse. Another interesting fact is that this label generation was unique to Canada at this point since Capitol USA opted for the Apple label for their Capitol reissues instead.
Pressing Information
As was the case for all previous variations, Capitol of Canada subcontracted the RCA pressing plant in Smith Falls (Ontario) to manufacture new batches of albums with a new "second generation of orange labels". Matrix numbers are identical to the previous variation, being made from the same plates, and therefore also feature the “dash 4” on both sides:
Side 1: XEX-447-4
Side 2: XEX-448-4

Having multiple variations been made from the same plates between 1970 and 1974 can give an indication that demand was much lower than it was in the 60s, having small quantities made at a time, until the plates were worn out.
The -4 plates have been used sporadically since approximately 1966 (copies from the rainbow brackets up to the orange 2nd generation label have been confirmed with -4 numbers on both sides), indicating that very small runs were pressed at a time, as needed between 1966 and 1975. Other numbers have also been spotted during this time period, so it is possible that different sets of plates were used simultaneously until the first stereo pressings of Beatlemania! were introduced in 1975.
Although a Dynaflex pressing was made the previous year with 1st generation orange labels, this new label generation also saw regular RCA pressings with a large 70mm deep groove. This indicates that Dynaflex technology was phased in and both technologies were most likely used simultaneously.
Cover
The cover of this variation is identical in design to previous variations, and was also manufactured by Modern Graphics. These also have the standard 10 mm straight inner seams.

Covers REMOVED the words PRINTED IN CANADA inside the large box at the bottom of the back cover, but kept the monophonic playing instructions. Covers also lost the black dot at the top of the cover.

The cover construction is identical to all previous variations, with a front slick construction.

Packaging
This edition was shipped in tight shrink wrap, with or without a plain paper LP inner sleeve. These Capitol sleeves are square and have a slight curve at the top.
