LP.6366.UA5.2 | United Artists TAN - "PROHIBITED"
Capitol pressing / Black cardboard jacket
LP.6366.UA5.2 is an identical pressing to LP.6366.UA5.1, but is found in a black cardboard jacket. These covers are actually recycled covers that were painted black, then flipped inside out before being covered with a new slick. These are therefore slightly thicker than usual, and when the inside is looked at in direct light, the original recycled cover can often be seen through the black ink. Companies used whatever cover of other artists from their roster, so a Beatles slick is not necessarily pasted over a recycled Beatles cover.

Availability
This Capitol pressing was available for a short time around 1980. Other Beatles albums can be found with a black cardboard cover; it seems it was common practice in the 1980 era.
General Information
EMI had not yet acquired United Artists, but pressing operations were moved to Capitol's new Mississauga pressing plant (was it foreshadowing?). This was the last incarnation of the album on the tan label, after which it would be found on the sunrise label and other Capitol labels (see next entries).
Pressing Information
United Artists now used Capitol's brand new pressing plant in Mississauga. It features the same Capitol master found on variations LP.6366.UA5.1:
Side 1: UAS-6366-A2
Side 2: UAS-6366-B

Cover
This jacket reverted back to an older slick construction type, but this time a "Wraparound" slick assembly (where a single large slick wraps around both sides of the cardboard frame like a book cover, instead of separate front and back slicks).
This variation is mostly recognizable by the fact that it also used a recycled cover that was painted black and flipped inside out. Companies were always searching for cost-cutting measures, and recycling covers in this fashion was common practice around 1980. Many Capitol albums, for example, can be found this way.

This particular cover also featured a different back slick than previous versions, with a new unboxed Willowdale text:

Packaging
These tan label pressings were wrapped in a tight shrink wrap, and the discs were housed in a plain paper inner sleeve.
